Fitness:


A. Complete a set on the minute

0-5 min: 3 Weighted Deficit (2") Push Ups (3 eccentric)

6-10 min: Max unbroken Push-Ups (3 elevated)

*Modifications in brackets


B. 12 min AMRAP:

800m Run Buy-In

then AMRAP:

10-20-30-40-etc Double Unders

5-10-15-20-etc V Ups


Performance:


A. 5 sets: (OT2M)

3 Pause (1 sec) Bench Press

*If you don't have 3 full range push ups, complete the fitness option.
