B. 10 minute to build to a heavy 5m Rope Pull
C. "Death by 10m"
With a continuously running clock perform:
10 Shuttle Runs, 10 m in the first 1 min
11 Shuttle Runs, 10 m in the second 1 min
12 Shuttle Runs, 10 m in the third 1 min
...
Continuing this for as long as you are able
