*If you haven't got a Mikko score to work off: ask a coach or check BTWB for similar similar to work off
Rounds: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9: Initial score + 1
Rounds: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10: Initial score
*If on round 10 you can do more than the initial score, go for it!
So if your initial score was 10, this week on the odd rounds you will do 11 and the even rounds you will do 10.
