Conditioning:
A. Week 5 - Open Session: 20 minutes of Open practise time.
B. "Deck of Fitness"
20 minutes to complete as many cards as possible.
The class will be split into 2 teams. Each card number determines the number of reps you will do. Ace = 11, Joker is 20 burpees.
Heart = Pull Ups
Spade = Push Ups
Diamond = V Ups
Club = Ski Cals
Complete a 100m Run after completing a card.
