Pick a certain number of bites to go up and down on the rope. Start conservative and increase. You cannot fall or use your feet from the top, you must use your arms back down for the same amount you took up.
2. 15 Min AMRAP:
5 Rope Pull Ups
10 Hanging DB Split Squats (e side) (22.5/15kg)
400m Run
