M2: SkiErg for 30 seconds for calories
M3: Echo Bike for 30 seconds for calories
M4: Single Unders for 30 seconds
M5: Rest
- each round, add 5 seconds to the piece
- everything should be done at a conversational pace for the flow option. If you're hitting it with intensity, get after it.
