50 Bar Facing Burpees

25 DB Box Step overs (2 x 22.5/15kg)


Intermediate: 100+

RX: 125+

Elite: 150+


B. Games Day Pairs Event 5:

There are a lot of different options, so check the option for you and your partner.


There is Row, HSPU or a form of pressure and bar Muscle Ups or a form of pulling.
