3 Rounds: 1 set at the start of each minute for as long as you can maintain for quality:
Minute 1: Side to Side stationary swing
Minute 2: Ring Swing
Minute 3: Supine Hang

Head to Head: The class is split into 2 teams:
The first half will go for 15 minutes and will comprise of one team getting as many calories as possible on a Ski Erg, Bike Erg, Rower and Echo Bike.
The other team will have 3 Dog Sleds all with 60kg on them.
After the 15 minutes the teams will switch sides and have a 3-minute rest
The team on the sleds will now attempt to chase down the calories and the team on the machines will now attempt to chase down the sled pushes. Whatever team gets there first wins.

Competition Club:
There's is no comp class today. The team will be completing quarter finals. You are more than welcome to come and cheer them on.
