In Pairs: 20 Min AMRAP:

1/2/3/4/5/etc Rope Climb

5/10/15/20/25/etc Deadlift (70/47.5kg)

10/20/30/40/50/etc Echo Bike Calories

*Each Pair has a 14/20lbs Med Ball. Once the workout begins the ball is kept off the ground. If it touches the ground at any point both partners will head off for a 400m Run. The Ball cannot rest on the knee while kneeling or foot.


Performance:
