Weightlifting:
This week is a 90-minute Weightlifting class.
This Saturday and the next 4 weeks will be 90-minute Weightlifting classes. Following the description above but we are following a common Weightlifting template where we have lighter technique work during the week with Heavy Singles on Saturday. Heavy Single means a heavy single for you for the day. If you're feeling great then you can go for it, if not then you can keep it lighter and work on your technique. Each week we will begin with a different lift so your best effort will be distributed to a different movement.
