Hi Crew,
Due to The Royal Show running this year, we will be temporarily vacating our premises.
From the 13th of September for a bit over 3 weeks we will be operating at the Nedlands Rugby Union Club, (181 Broadway St Nedlands), the same place we went last year.
Our last day at the gym will be Tuesday the 13th of September, where will run our normal 5.30am, 6.30am and 9.15am classes. We will be then be moving. If you have some free time after that and feel like getting a workout in by moving some gear I will repay you in free food, drinks and love!
While moving out is never ideal, training at the rugby club allows us opportunity to get outside and utilise a great time of year to train! We will take along with us a great range of equipment and some new stuff too, to ensure that we continue to provide you with a vast range of workouts in a fun environment. You will still receive the same high-quality coaching but for a limited time - with fresh air and river views!
There are some timetables changes, these are to make the most of the sunlight. You can see the timetable below and via Zen Planner.
Also coming up on the schedule is the return of Swim WOD! After the success of the past years, we are once again going to run our swim coaching and workouts. Liz will be running 3 weeks' worth of these sessions on the 17th, 24th of September and the 1st of October. These will occur at the Claremont Pool on Saturdays at 10.30am.
For those who have done this before she provides an enormous amount of technical feedback and the improvements people have had have been incredible! Whether you're looking to just avoid drowning or push for 2024 Olympics there is something here for everyone. As always, we appreciate everyone's understanding and support during this time.
