Unless you hear otherwise we will be moving back after the 9.15am class on Friday. The resumption of normal classes will be from 4.30 Friday arvo. (You can check the Zen Planner app for class times). If you want a bonus workout & and a free lunch we will be moving back after the 9.15am. class on Friday!
Thank you so much for all the responses we had to the questionnaire, it really helps us with our direction and makes sure we are serving you as well as we can. As well as the details left at the bottom. Everything is taken on board and considered.

Afternoon times: We will be sticking with the current times as that is the significant preference:
Afternoon class order: We will stick to the current schedule as it's the significant preference:
Saturday weightlifting class length: We will continue with the 90-minute Weightlifting class on Saturday for the immediate future as it's the significant preference.
Sweat: People have expressed a desire for the Sweat class to continue. But we have really low numbers recently, if you want it around make sure you attend :)
Mobility track: People have expressed interest in some designated mobility. We will look to implement this as soon as we can.
A substantial percentage was also expressed they enjoywant/ a strength component before the metcon, so this is something we will look to do more frequently. Next Monday when we are back we will be starting a new Strength cycle in the performance track. If you're intending on following that please download the spreadsheet from the resources tab on the website and fill out the details as explained in the document.
