2022! Let's start off with something easy and that's going to provide a big bang for your buck - logging workouts!


There is great satisfaction from when we repeat a workout, lift, or movement piece and you can see the improvement. It's a huge part of keeping sustainable and consistent with your fitness. Everything you do is working towards something - that fitness improvement over broad time and modal domains.


We have done this challenge before but this month we are once again getting in the habit of logging workouts via BTWB. When you joined you got an invite and there is also a link on every WOD post about how to join. Join, download the app and you're away! It's super easy. If you want some help there is a video that shows a few of the features below.


This month, unless you show the coach the logged score on the app we won't write your time down. Everyone can spare 10-20 seconds!
