Partner 2: 800/700m Bike Erg

Partner 3: Rest

*Partner 1 runs, while partner 2 completes the bike erg while partner 3 rests. When both partner 2 has finished the bike and partner 1 has finished their 400, partner 3 who has resting can start their run. Performance:
