1. OT2.5M: Tempo Double Kettlebell Front Squat: 5 x 5 @ 4242
*Start these very light, the purpose is to strengthen a perfect position for a Front Squat. Only add weight if you're in a perfect position.
(At this tempo one set should take exactly a minute, so if you finish early you’ve gone too fast).
2. 12 Min AMRAP:
10 Russian Kettlebell Swings (32/20kg)
10 Wall Balls (9/6kg)

3 Power Snatches (60/42.5kg)
