*Start at 70% of your Snatch, complete 1 (full) Snatch and 1 Clean (squat) & Jerk. If both lifts are successful then increase the weight by 2.5% for the next lift. Once you fail a weight 3 times for your Snatch continue but only Clean & Jerking. Sweat: For time:
