1. In teams of 3: 2 Rounds for Max Distance:

5 minutes work per movement, 1 minute rest between.


A. Backwards Sled Drag (60/40kg)

B. Torque Sled Bear Crawl (60/40kg & M2/M1)

C. Ski Erg

Performance: See Fitness

Strength: 1. OT4M x 5 sets. Build to a heavy complex

5 Deadlifts + 5 Hang Power Cleans + 5 Push Jerks + 5 Front Squats


2. 3 Rounds: Alt Every 2 minutes

10 Barbell Snatch Grip Bent over Row

10 DB RDLs

10 DB Z Press
