When, how and why did you get started with us? July 2021. I had moved back to Perth and was looking for a new place to train, after having lived in Melbourne for a few years. CFC popped up on Google and the rest is history. What would be your dream workout? 5 rounds for time

5 Squat Cleans (60/40kg) 10 Deadlifts (60/40kg)

15/10 Echo Bike Calories

20 Kettlebell Swings (32/20kg)

What workout would you want to avoid? Burpees or anything that requires the coordination skills I lack. Favourite Crossfit Athlete? Susan Hart from CF Richmond. Not famous, but shows up every day and is outstanding in a partner WOD. Also shares my disdain of Turkish get-ups. What's the best thing you own that costs under $100? Insulated wine bottle and tumblers. The biggest fashion mistake you’ve ever made? The flare jeans with diamantes I rocked as a teen. Favourite quote? You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose -Dr. Seuss What's your fav 90s jam? You can't go past a bit of Destiny's Child! What was the last thing you watched on TV? The Crown. The funniest thing that happened to you recently? I thought Ecuador was in Europe until I was recently corrected by a few people who were very amused. Most used emoji? 😂💁🏻‍♀️ If you could have one other CrossFit Claremont member body part, what would it be? Not a body part, but Nate's dance moves and energy are impressive, especially at 5.30am.
