When, how and why did you get started with us? Went through the journey of starting to find bodybuilding style gym boring, got into HIIT/boxing fitness for a while, watched the Fittest on Earth on Netflix and the rest is history! Started CrossFit mid 2019 (at a different box), then started at CFC in 2020 as I had moved closer to the gym. Doing Wild Goats (COVID workouts), shortly after joining the gym, are one of my best memories associated with CFC! What would be your dream workout?
