When, how and why did you get started with us?
I started at the beginning of last year (2021) because I wanted to mix up my training routine!
What would be your dream workout?
Box jumps and DB snatches! So 21.2 minus the burpees 😅

The funniest thing that happened to you recently?
Was staying in an Airbnb in Adelaide with a bunch of friends which was scary and definitely haunted. Had watched a scary movie (god knows why) and then went to bed. Woke up at about 1am to the sound of a doorbell. Everyone except Laura woke up and we were all freaking out. Checked the door and no one was there but the sound kept going so we searched the entire house (basically in tears from being so scared). Turns out it was Laura’s diabetes alarm which she completely slept through even though it was loud enough to wake up the rest of the house.
