When, how and why did you get started with us? End of 2020, returning from several years away, it was one of the first things I did after getting out of hotel quarantine with my family of five. What would be your dream workout? jI've quite liked the (shorter) Murph progressions we have done recently, clean and jerks have also been fun. What workout would you want to avoid? This is hard to answer, there are so many....I'd actually like to avoid most of them but if I don't show up I'll get fat(ter). The worst has to be the echo bike though - my little legs hate it. Favourite Crossfit Athlete? Marshall - im in awe of his strict ring muscle-ups in his work kit and his dont give a sh*t attitude. What's the best thing you own that costs under $100? Meat thermometer. Biggest fashion mistake you’ve ever made? Ongoing. The worst however was blonde hair tips, 25 or so years ago and I'm still reminded of it. Rightly so. Favourite quote? Not a quote but someone gave me the poem "If' by Rudyard Kipling when I was a lot younger and that has stuck with me. What's your fav 90s jam? I grew up in the 90s so there are a lot......the one we all know the words to though has to be Gangsta's Paradise - Coolio What was the last thing you watched on TV? Ashes 2nd Test - I thought it was fair. (ed note, we all did) The funniest thing that happened to you recently? Handstand walking at a Bogan Bingo night.....I'd had a few drinks and I can't handstand walk......not so funny for me but the crowd appreciated it. Most used emoji? 😂 If you could have another CrossFit Claremont members attribute, what would it be? Anyone with Abs, I can't find mine.
