When, how and why did you get started with us? I think it was 2018 when I first signed up. I was bored working out alone at 24/7 gym and wanted to learn new skills, get fitter and stronger. I knew about CrossFit and it’s ”bad” reputation it being a cult and people getting injured so I was like this is definitely for me 😂😂 Turned out to be the best decision I’ve ever made what comes to fitness. What would be your dream workout? I love all aspects of CrossFit. Olympic lifting, high intensity and gymnastics. So put all of those together into a workout and I’m happy. What workout would you want to avoid? Air bike is a nightmare. Favourite Crossfit Athlete? Mikko Salo. What's the best thing you own that cost under $100?

Watching my friends chasing a thief on the beach at 5am on New Year’s Day while I was just shouting them to go get him. Only funny because nothing was stolen and we had champagne breakfast after.
