When, how and why did you get started with us?
I dropped in once in September 2019 when I first moved to Perth and was trying out different CrossFit gyms! I didn't wander back until halfway through the open and did 20.4. Jase gave me a couple of tips and I got my first ever pistol squats! I think I realised then how great the coaching was and saw the community spirit in the gym and people getting behind each other in the open.. Joined up that day and I haven't looked back 💕
What would be your dream workout?
Probably something like a 20min AMRAP with dumbbell snatches, sandbag/farmer carries and wall balls. What workout would you want to avoid?
A combo of chest to bars, handstand walks and overhead squats would make me sad. Favourite Crossfit Athlete?

What's the best thing you own that cost under $100?
Sous Vide - we got one in the Boxing day sales and it's life-changing. Best steak I've ever had.
Biggest fashion mistake you’ve ever made?
I refused to wear anything that wasn't a hand-me-down from my brother until I was about 12.. it wasn't a great look 😅

Funniest thing that happened to you recently?
Trying to explain to the girl doing my laser hair removal why I had bruising on my hips (hang snatches) and whip marks all up my legs (double unders). She said she believed me.. but her eyes said different.
