Event 2 - SNATCH LADDER. Sponsored by Bailey Ladders

You will have two different bar options for Males and Females. You will have 30 seconds to lift the bar successfully, and then there will be a 10-second transition before the next bar. Once you are unable to lift the bar, the workout ends. Any style of Snatch may be used. There is a maximum of 10 bars to lift, so choose wisely. Your pairs score will be each partner's heaviest successful lifts added together. Female option 1: 20/22.5/25/27.5/30/32.5/35/37.5/40/42.5kg Female option 2: 30/35/40/45/50/55/60/65/70/75kg Male option 1: 30/35/40/45/50/55/60/65/70/75kg

40 Cal Bike Erg (4 Bike Ergs) *Once the Calories are completed you move to the next movement. Each following station there will be less Machines than before. If there is no machine available your workout is done. The non-working partner must have their hand on their teams machine when the final calorie ticks over and before they move to the next station.
