You will have two different bar options for Males and Females. You will have 30 seconds to lift the bar successfully, and then there will be a 10-second transition before the next bar. Once you are unable to lift the bar, the workout ends. Any style of Snatch may be used. There is a maximum of 10 bars to lift, so choose wisely. Your pairs score will be each partner's heaviest successful lifts added together.
