As you are most likely aware, Emily has qualified for the CrossFit Games in the Adaptive Division - Upper one point of contact.
The Games are held in San Antonio Texas, which is a big journey from one of the most isolated cities in the world.
We will have a Gameshow night on the 3rd of August at the Wembley Hotel which will be a lot of fun
We will also be looking to have an auction on the night, so if there's anything you would like to donate that we can auction that would be great! It could be anything

An item, like say a car you don't need anymore?
A service, maybe a haircut ?
