On Monday the 3rd (WA day Public Holiday) there will be a 6.45am CrossFit Class, 8am Weightlifting Class and 9am CrossFit class where we will do Murph. The CrossFit classes have a 40-person cap so to guarantee your spot reserve the class via Zen Planner.

5 Strict Pull Ups

10 Burpees

15 Russian Kettlebell Swings (32/24kg)

Performance:

Power Clean + Push Press + Push Jerk


B. 10 min AMREP:

1, 2, 3, 4, etc

Strict Pull Ups

Clean & Jerks (60/40kg)
