A. 6 minutes for max distance: DB Farmers Carry (22.5/15kg)
B. 4 Rounds OT2M for max reps
M1: 20 sec Echo Bike Cals
M2: 20 sec Prowler Push (60/40kg) (5m = 1 rep)
M3: 20 sec Ski Cals
Performance:
A. 6 minutes for max distance In Pairs:
Max Farmers Handle Carry. Add load every 40m.
Female loads: 40/60/80/100/120/140
Male loads: 80/100/120/140/160/180/200/220
