When, how and why did you get started with us? I joined CrossFit in June 2020 with my friend Ruby. I had never really joined a gym before and went along to improve my fitness and meet new people. What would be your dream workout? My dream workout would be a partner workout with bike erg, burpee box jumps, row, strict pulls up and run. What workout would you want to avoid? Any workout with thrusters or skipping. Favourite Crossfit Athlete? I’m gonna say Emily Cairns :) What's the best thing you own that costs under $100? My bike, best $100 I’ve ever spent. Biggest fashion mistake you’ve ever made? Putting a blonde stripe through my hair. Favourite quote? Ricky Bobby - You ain’t first, you’re last 😅 What's your fav 90s jam? All Rise What was the last thing you watched on TV? The great Australian bake off. The funniest thing that happened to you recently?
