CrossFit Kids will be back in 2019!
Our kids class is based around learning and becoming familiar with movement patterns such as Squatting, Hinging, Pushing, Pulling, Bending, Tumbling, Jumping, Balancing, Hanging and Sprinting.
The class primary focus is getting kids to not only increase aptitude within these movements but to most importantly have fun doing so and creating a positive experience with exercise. The class always includes a game, where we can incorporate movements.
Classes are on Wednesday at 3.45pm and it will be $150 for the 10 week term. If you have more then one child attending you receive a 15% discount! If your child is hasn't done our class before and is interested in giving it a go, feel free to come down and do a free trial.
