I was going to another gym when another member put me on, so I took a few oly classes then jumped on board and never looked back. What would be your dream workout? bSome form of barbell cycling with mediocre weight, MU's and burpees. What workout would you want to avoid? In teams of 3, 9 minute AMRAP on air bike changing every 15 Cals as of last week. Favourite Crossfit Athlete: Just like everyone else Mat Fraser simply because he can't be faulted. He's living proof that you can get better at things you suck at if your willing to put in the time. Whats the best thing you own that cost under $100?
